At Falabella Retail, we are currently looking for a Fixed-Term Billing Analyst. What is the mission of this position? Responsible for comprehensive management and analysis of the billing process, ensuring its accurate execution across group companies. Responsibilities: * Daily analysis and review of automated billing. * Manual entry of invoices, Debit Notes (DN), and Credit Notes (CN) into the billing system. * Issuance of Debit Notes and Credit Notes as required. * Responding to emails from internal and external clients in Spanish and English. * Preparation of reports for pending billing analysis. * Weekly analysis of generated commissions. * Review and analysis of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP). * Coordination with internal departments to ensure correct re-billing to group companies. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade Engineering, Accounting and Auditing, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and area. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of billing processes, financial and accounting analysis. (Mandatory) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. (Mandatory) * Basic knowledge of SAP.
