Lead technical teams and coordinate internal and external resources. **Job Description** We are seeking an **Engineering and Projects Manager** to lead the development and execution of engineering projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring achievement of technical, financial, and operational objectives. The position will play a strategic role in project planning, execution, and improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead engineering project planning, execution, and monitoring from initiation through commissioning. * Lead technical teams and coordinate internal resources, suppliers, and contracting firms. * Supervise project budgets, schedules, scope, and key performance indicators. * Evaluate technical solutions and propose alternatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and costs. * Coordinate with operations, maintenance, procurement, and client departments to ensure proper project execution. * Identify risks, deviations, and opportunities, implementing timely corrective actions. * Prepare executive reports on progress, results, costs, and objective attainment for management. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering**, or related field. * **5+ years of experience** in engineering, construction, automation, or industrial project management. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and medium- to high-complexity projects. * Knowledge of planning, cost control, risk management, and project methodologies. * Proficiency in **advanced Excel** and project planning and management tools. * Desired experience with **ERP, MS Project, Power BI**, or other control tools. * Leadership, strategic vision, negotiation skills, organizational ability, and results orientation. Salary: $2\.200\.000 \- $3\.300\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
