**Job Summary:**
Construction Impex Supply SpA is seeking a Construction Procurement Manager to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required by our projects. This role combines commercial negotiation with construction industry knowledge and plays a critical role in ensuring project teams have the right resources at the right time.
**What You'll Do:**
* Manage purchasing processes for materials, equipment, and services for construction projects
* Request and compare proposals from various suppliers
* Negotiate commercial terms, availability, and delivery schedules
* Coordinate procurement activities according to each project’s requirements and phases
* Maintain commercial relationships with suppliers and distributors
* Review alternative supply options when availability changes occur
* Track purchase orders from issuance through delivery
* Analyze spending and identify cost-saving opportunities in key categories
* Collaborate with site teams to anticipate future material needs
* Evaluate supplier performance based on service, quality, and compliance
**Requirements:**
* Experience in procurement, supply chain, construction, logistics, or related fields
* Ability to negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers
* General knowledge of construction materials or supplies is preferred
* Planning and organizational skills
* Ability to compare proposals and make sound commercial decisions
* Proficiency with digital tools and spreadsheets
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Prior experience managing procurement processes is preferred
* Technical or professional education related to the field is considered advantageous
