We seek a Real Estate Broker with strong sales skills, customer orientation, and motivation to achieve results. The candidate will advise clients throughout the entire property purchase process, identifying their needs and recommending optimal investment alternatives. Main Responsibilities: Manage and contact potential clients generated through marketing campaigns and other sources. Advise clients on purchasing properties for investment or residential purposes. Conduct virtual meetings to present real estate opportunities. Analyze each client’s profile and needs to offer customized solutions. Maintain continuous follow-up with prospects until sale closure. Coordinate reservations, purchase agreements, and deeds with real estate agencies and internal departments. Keep customer and opportunity information updated in the CRM. Achieve sales targets and monitor management indicators. Participate in training sessions, project launches, and commercial activities.
