We harness solar radiation to produce clean and safe energy for households, businesses, and industry. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Our Residential Division is currently seeking a Commercial Advisor to manage and execute the end-to-end sales process in an organized and efficient manner, always focused on our customers’ needs and requirements, thereby achieving both individual and team commercial targets. You will achieve this objective by: º Advising and accompanying our customers throughout the quotation and purchasing process using available digital tools. º Conducting active prospecting of customers interested in obtaining quotations from Copec Flux. º Completing and ensuring compliance with all administrative tasks upon closing a sale (e.g., document signing, form submissions, project design, payment confirmation, etc.). º Addressing customer inquiries, questions, and concerns throughout the entire process, ensuring high-quality commercial and technical support. º Collaborating with other departments within the company to properly execute each stage of the sales process. º Proactively proposing improvements to sales manuals, documents, sales tools, and other departmental processes. º Maintaining diligence and attention to detail to successfully complete and close sales. º Participating in in-person events where Copec Flux and the Residential Commercial Team are present.
