At Falabella, we are looking for a Web Intelligence Engineer to join our team on a new enterprise-focused project and B2B business! What is the role’s mission? Identify and activate opportunities for the B2B business by supporting data-driven commercial and communication strategies that drive customer conversion, migration, and retention. Responsibilities: * Analyze customer, sales, and purchase behavior data to identify migration opportunities from B2C to Falabella Empresas. * Design and maintain B2B segmentation based on enterprise customer behavior, potential, and lifecycle stage. * Implement and optimize CRM logic, including defining triggers, customer journeys, and activation rules focused on acquisition, migration, and retention. * Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, Looker, or other visualization tools to monitor commercial and CRM KPIs. * Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and technology teams to execute data-driven actions that improve B2B conversion and account development. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Commercial Engineering or Industrial Civil Engineering * Experience in data analysis and BI * Advanced SQL * Intermediate-level Excel, Looker, and Power BI This opportunity is open to people with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
