Job Summary: Supervise the implementation and deployment of telecommunications, controlling quality, coordinating activities, and preparing progress reports to ensure strict compliance. Excellent work environment and professional development With over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, OLITEL operates in Chile, Peru, and Colombia, delivering comprehensive solutions in installations, maintenance, and engineering for our clients. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Supervise on-site implementation and deployment of telecommunications works. * Control quality, technical compliance, and progress of executed works. * Coordinate activities with technical teams, contractors, and involved departments. * Monitor implementation of RF sites, MMOO links, and equipment swaps. * Supervise operations, maintenance, and inventory logistics activities. * Prepare construction progress reports and status updates. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures. * Participate in acceptance, validation, and closure of completed works. **What we are looking for:** * University or Technical Professional education. * Civil or Executive Engineering / Telecommunications Technician or related field. * 3 years of experience for university graduates / 5 years for technical professionals. * Proven experience as a Technical Implementation Inspector (ITO) or Field Engineer in telecommunications deployments. * Experience in RF site implementation, MMOO links, equipment swaps, operations and maintenance, logistics, and inventory management. * Desirable proven experience with telecommunications base stations. * Valid driver's license and 4x4 vehicle operation capability (mandatory). * Availability for on-site work and travel. **What we value:** * Leadership and autonomy in the field. * Effective communication and conflict resolution. * Document organization and rigor. * Proactivity and commitment to compliance. **What we offer:** * Fixed-term project for 6 months. * On-site work at facilities and in the field. * Possibility of overtime extension according to operational requirements. * Excellent work environment and professional development.
