The main objective of this role is to coordinate and supervise daily service operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational continuity standards at client facilities. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and internal regulations. * Plan and assign tasks to technical staff under supervision. * Monitor the proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. * Report progress, incidents, and operational results to direct management. * Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure service quality. Requirements: * Academic Background: Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineer or Technician. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in maintenance supervision or industrial services. * Skills: Proficiency in Office tools at intermediate-advanced level. * Competencies: Operational leadership, planning, results orientation, effective communication, and problem-solving. Art. 22 Work Schedule (44 working hours per week).
