Ensuring compliance with safety and management regulations **Job Description** ---------------------- Supervise the execution of plans, organize, coordinate, and direct field personnel assigned by the site manager. * Apply and ensure compliance with regulations associated with the Integrated Management System. * Comply with and enforce safety regulations at facilities. * Respect and ensure adherence to procedures and instructions applicable to your position. * Know and comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy and the Alcohol, Drug, and Tobacco Use Prevention Policy. * Know and comply with the Internal Regulations on Order and Safety. * Participate in activities related to the Environmental Management System. * Technically interpret engineering projects and maintenance requests to be executed. * Coordinate and technically analyze work orders received, issue appropriate instructions, and form work crews for assigned tasks. * Collaborate with the planner and office-based engineer to assign tasks from the final program, submitting daily records of completed work duly received and signed by the execution responsible party. * Ensure proper generation of safety and technical documentation associated with maintenance activities. * Identify resource requirements during maintenance execution related to personnel, materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. * Evaluate personnel and identify training needs for supervised staff. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum 5 years of experience at operational sites * 5 or more years of experience in this role * Residence in Calama * Knowledge of thermoplastics such as HDPE, PVC, polymer concrete, and fiber-reinforced plastic * Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field * Valid driver's license **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
