The role will focus on architecture, solution design, integrations, technical leadership, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Lead solutions and engineering teams. * Design scalable architectures and solutions for digital platforms. * Translate customer and business needs into technical solutions. * Oversee integrations, APIs, and cloud services. * Coordinate with development, product, infrastructure, data, and security teams. * Evaluate technologies and architectural alternatives. * Oversee technical designs, testing, and deliveries. * Manage projects, resources, technical risks, and priorities. * Coordinate with technology vendors and partners. * Monitor engineering quality, productivity, and KPIs. * Prepare technical proposals and presentations for clients. * Identify opportunities for modernization and automation. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. * Solid experience in solutions engineering, software engineering, or architecture. * Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams. * Knowledge of APIs, microservices, system integration, and cloud technologies. * Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is desirable. * Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. * Ability to present solutions to customers and stakeholders. * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Strategic, analytical, autonomous, and results-oriented profile. * Advanced English proficiency.
