Technically represent the contractor before the client. **RESIDENT CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONAL** **Job Description** Full-time professional responsible for planning, directing, and supervising the execution of construction projects from inception to completion, overseeing adherence to scheduled timelines, budget, and technical specifications of the contracted project. **Location** Various construction sites within the Coquimbo Region (on-site presence mandatory). **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, direct, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion. * Manage and control the project budget, including procurement, quotations, and cost optimization. * Supervise and coordinate in-house workers and subcontractors. * Submit progress reports to management and the client. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and on-site safety regulations. * Technically represent the contractor before the client, signing commencement minutes, site handover documents, and provisional acceptance certificates. * Maintain direct communication with the client throughout the entire project execution. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Construction or Construction Engineering (mandatory). * Recent graduates or candidates with no prior experience are also welcome. * If experienced, proven experience in construction projects is required. **Applications** Send CV and salary expectations to: **znorteconstructora@gmail.com** Scheduled hours: 42\.0 per week Workplace: On-site employment
