Job Summary: We are seeking a construction professional to manage quality and develop a document management system on site. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive quality management in construction projects 2. Development of a document management system 3. Full-time on-site presence Preferred candidate: Civil Engineer or Construction Technician with a completed 40-hour PAC course and at least two years of experience in similar roles. On-site presence is required full-time from project commencement until Provisional Acceptance. The Quality Manager must hold an 8-semester undergraduate degree in a relevant field, have completed a 40-hour PAC course, and possess at least two years of experience in similar positions. On-site presence is required full-time from project commencement until Provisional Acceptance. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the professional must develop a document management system that includes, at minimum, the requirements specified in the annex "Documentation for Contract Settlement", and must report monthly on the status of submitted and missing documentation.
