Coordinate work teams **Quality Manager –** **Valparaíso** A construction company is seeking a Quality Manager for an office building renovation project located in downtown Valparaíso. **Requirements:** * Construction professional: Civil Constructor or Construction Engineer * Proven experience as a Technical Office Administrator and/or field supervisor on building projects, with at least 4,000 m² of constructed area in new or extension building works. *Excluded: a) Single-family residential buildings or housing complexes, except those with five or more floors; b) Industrial or assembly works; and c) Civil engineering works.* * Residence in the Valparaíso Region. * Mandatory requirements: proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, intermediate-level Excel, and PAC. * Experience managing budgets, quantity take-offs, payment certificates, change orders, RDI (Inspection and Test Reports), and coordination of work teams. **Mandatory Documentation:** * Professional degree certificate. * Employer certificates verifying experience in building works (one per executed project). **Interested candidates should send their CV, supporting documents, and salary expectations to:** obrascivilesvalpo@gmail.com **Subject:** *Quality Manager – Valparaíso* Salary: $759.363 – $2,000,000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
