Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and results\-oriented **Product Manager** to lead the development and improvement of products and solutions within our renewable\-energy portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, operations, commercial, finance, and technology teams to define product strategies, understand customer needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that create measurable value for commercial and industrial clients. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities. * Conduct market and customer research to identify emerging needs and opportunities. * Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications. * Work closely with engineering and technical teams to define product requirements and deliverables. * Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, cost, and feasibility. * Coordinate product development activities from concept through launch and continuous improvement. * Monitor product performance using appropriate KPIs and business metrics. * Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement. * Collaborate with sales and business\-development teams to support product positioning and go\-to\-market activities. * Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure effective product implementation. * Track industry trends, competitor offerings, regulations, and emerging renewable\-energy technologies. * Prepare product reports, business cases, presentations, and recommendations for senior management. * Identify product risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. * Continuously improve products, processes, and customer experiences. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Computer Science, Economics**, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role. * Strong understanding of product\-development and product\-management principles. * Excellent ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements. * Strong analytical, strategic\-thinking, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience developing product roadmaps and managing product priorities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder\-management skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non\-technical teams. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency with productivity and product\-management tools. * Ability to use data and customer insights to support product decisions. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in **renewable energy, solar power, battery energy storage systems (BESS), utilities, or energy technology**. * Familiarity with energy markets, commercial energy solutions, or clean\-energy technologies. * Experience with Agile/Scrum product\-development methodologies. * Knowledge of product analytics, customer research, and go\-to\-market strategies. * Experience working with engineering and technology teams. * Familiarity with CRM, ERP, analytics, or product\-management platforms. * Experience managing B2B products for commercial or industrial customers. * Strong English communication skills are an advantage.
