Handle the request, comparison, and validation of quotations to ensure optimal supply of supplies and equipment. Track purchase orders and tenders, keeping systems updated and ensuring schedule success. Develop auto-updating tools integrated with SIA to provide full team visibility into their requests. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Student pursuing a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, database cross-referencing). * Proactivity and customer orientation. * Power BI or Google Sheets experience for dashboard development is desirable.
