Job responsibilities include: \- Process Automation (RPA and DPA): Design and execute automated workflows using Power Automate (cloud and desktop) to reduce manual errors and optimize response times across departments. \- Low\-Code Application Development: Create and maintain applications (Canvas and Model\-driven) in Power Apps to facilitate data capture and internal process management, ensuring a seamless user experience. \- Data Management and Cloud Ecosystem: Configure and administer tables in Datalake, ensure connection integrity via standard/custom connectors, and manage integration with GCP. \- Governance and Adoption Analytics: Implement dashboards in Power BI to monitor usage of developed solutions, ensuring compliance with IT policies. \- Support and Training (Citizen Developers): Provide technical training and functional support to key users, promoting best development practices within the organization. Required qualifications: Technical Knowledge \- Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop RPA). \- Development (Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents). \- Integration: API management, custom connectors, and JSON. \- Process automation: Power Automate, RPA, ERP Workflows. \- Agile and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum).
