As a People Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, processing, and implementing initiatives and reports that add business value and promote continuous improvement of processes, contributing to operational efficiency. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support by generating strategic information to facilitate decision-making. You will also actively participate in projects led by the department, identifying improvement opportunities, detecting bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to optimize processes related to your responsibilities. Responsibilities * Maintain and optimize departmental reports and dashboards, making necessary adjustments to ensure data quality and availability. * Support the design, development, and implementation of new projects, reports, and metrics, actively participating in their execution. * Analyze Human Resources data to identify improvement opportunities and generate valuable business insights. * Propose and implement predictive analytics models to support strategic decision-making in people management. * Ensure compliance with standards, programs, and projects associated with operational, financial, economic, legal, and growth-related metrics, among others. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities within departmental processes, contributing initiatives that increase efficiency and information value. Requirements * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Management Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience in project management, continuous improvement, and process optimization. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Experience in database management and analysis. * Review and validate contractual requirements and client KPIs.
