




A major national logistics company is seeking to hire an **Organizational Development Leader.** The selected candidate will have the opportunity to **lead, develop, and innovate cross-functional organizational development processes that impact business performance and align with the company's strategic objectives.** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Implement departmental policies and strategies** aimed at fostering a productive corporate culture, aligned with corporate strategy. * **Coordinate and supervise the execution of various departmental projects such as:** performance evaluation and feedback, Internal Customer measurement, employee engagement surveys, leadership assessments, among others. * **Implement strategies and programs focused on developing a positive work environment**, promoting employee engagement, collaboration, and professional growth. * **Manage and control the budget** allocated under their responsibility. * **Implement corporate-level change management initiatives.** * **Prepare and present** key performance indicators reports related to change management and assigned projects. * **Propose Organizational Development (OD) projects** relevant to the company's needs, based on analysis of identified opportunities and gaps. **Position Requirements:** * **University degree** in one of the following fields: Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Public Relations, or related disciplines. * **Postgraduate diploma** in areas such as workplace culture or change management. * **Advanced Excel skills,** proficiency in Outlook. * **At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development roles,** leading and implementing actions or projects. * Familiarity with BUK platform is desirable. * Knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
