Position Summary: Drive productive development through nutritional advisory services and project management to optimize production and improve farm infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead nutritional guidance and ration formulation support for producers. 2. Manage government-funded and technical assistance projects for farm improvements. 3. Develop educational materials and deliver training sessions to strengthen competencies. **Job Description** ---------------------- Your objective will be to drive producer development through nutritional advisory services and project management support. What will be your challenges? In this role, you will serve as a key pillar for on-the-ground productive development, performing critical functions such as: * Comprehensive Technical Advisory: Lead producer support in calf rearing, ration (diet) formulation, and pasture management to optimize production. * Investment Project Management: Identify opportunities and manage government-funded projects (e.g., INDAP) and technical assistance initiatives aimed at improving farm infrastructure. * Knowledge Transfer: Develop educational materials and conduct training sessions to strengthen the competencies of producers and sector advisors. * Loyalty and Quality Assurance: Ensure raw materials meet the highest quality standards, building relationships of trust and transparency with our Cooperatives. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Veterinary Medicine or Agricultural Engineering degree * 2–3 years of experience providing technical advisory services to dairy producers (not mandatory) * Proficiency in ration formulation; familiarity with specialized software (AMTS or NDS) is desirable. * Valid Class B driver’s license and physical fitness suitable for fieldwork **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
