Experience leading technology-related and productivity-improvement initiatives is required, along with availability for full-time work and travel within the Tarapacá Region, as well as a valid Class B driver's license. Residency in the region, experience with organizations such as Corfo, Sercotec or municipalities, English language proficiency, and interest in artificial intelligence and digital technologies will be valued.
