We are looking for a Network and Wireless Engineer What will be your challenge? Ensure operational continuity and evolution of enterprise network infrastructures, with a focus on wireless solutions, access security, and SD\-WAN. You will be responsible for administering, operating, and troubleshooting networking and wireless platforms—primarily Cisco and Aruba—as well as Cisco ISE and Fortinet SD\-WAN solutions, contributing to project success and supporting our clients through their digital transformation and technological evolution. Key Responsibilities * Administer, provide support for, and troubleshoot enterprise routing, switching, and 802\.11 wireless infrastructure. * Administer and resolve incidents on Cisco Catalyst 9800, Cisco ISE, and Aruba wireless platforms. * Operate and troubleshoot Fortinet solutions, including FortiGate and Secure SD\-WAN. * Monitor, investigate, and resolve networking incidents, escalating those requiring specialized support. * Manage configurations, connectivity, security policies, VPNs, and network segmentation. * Record and document incidents, requests, configurations, and technical activities, tracking progress with internal teams and vendors. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. * Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Networks and Connectivity, or related fields. * Proven experience in Cisco routing and switching and enterprise network troubleshooting. * Experience with Cisco wireless solutions, ideally Cisco Catalyst 9800\. * Experience with Cisco ISE and/or Fortinet solutions, primarily FortiGate and SD\-WAN. **Preferred Requirements:** * Experience or knowledge of Aruba wireless solutions. * Knowledge of FortiManager and/or FortiAnalyzer. * Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, 802\.1X, RADIUS, and TACACS. * Cisco CCNA / CCNP certification. * Certifications or knowledge of Cisco SD\-WAN and AWS. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Location:** Santiago Corporate Benefits * Complementary health insurance. * Half-day off on your birthday. * Physical and emotional wellness programs. * We promote flexible work models that support work-life balance.
