We are looking for a Network and Data Center Engineer What will be your challenge? Ensure operational continuity and evolution of critical network, Data Center, and communications infrastructures, participating in highly complex technological environments. You will be responsible for administering, operating, and performing troubleshooting on Networking and Data Center infrastructures, with a focus on Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco ACI, MPLS, and Palo Alto security solutions, contributing to project success and supporting our customers through their technological transformation and evolution journeys. Key Responsibilities * Administer, operate, and troubleshoot Routing & Switching and Data Center network infrastructure. * Operate and resolve incidents on Cisco ACI/Nexus platforms and advanced Routing and MPLS technologies. * Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto/Panorama security solutions. * Monitor critical infrastructure, diagnose incidents, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors. * Provide support for Data Center infrastructure, including Cisco UCS and virtualized environments, as required by service needs. * Prepare technical documentation and track incidents and requests, identifying improvement opportunities. Mandatory Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in network infrastructure, Networking, Data Center, or IT support. * Graduates in Network and Telecommunications Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in Cisco Routing & Switching and advanced network troubleshooting. * Experience in Data Center networks and Cisco ACI and/or Cisco Nexus technologies. * Experience with Palo Alto Networks/Panorama and knowledge of advanced Routing and MPLS. * Availability to travel outside Santiago as required by service needs. Desirable Requirements * Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification. * Experience or knowledge of Cisco UCS, Dell servers, and VMware virtualized environments. * Experience with Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless. * Solid knowledge of Routing protocols, primarily BGP and OSPF. * Knowledge of AWS and/or GCP. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Valid Class B driver’s license. **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Location:** Santiago Corporate Benefits * Complementary health insurance. * Half-day off on your birthday. * Physical and emotional wellness programs. * We promote flexible work models that support work-life balance.
