What are the responsibilities? * Supervise construction and maintenance projects. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Lead technical teams and contractors. * Ensure quality control of installations and respond to operational contingencies. What are we looking for? * Civil Engineer or Construction Technician. * 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance (preferably in hospitality). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of safety regulations. * Leadership, proactivity, and service orientation.
