Promote technological tools such as SAP PM and Power BI **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage maintenance strategies and plans to ensure asset availability, reliability, safety, and performance. 1\. Manage and develop maintenance strategies, plans, and programs to ensure asset availability, reliability, safety, and performance, while optimizing resources and costs. 2\. Analyze historical and operational asset data, identifying trends, failures, and maintenance improvement opportunities. 3\. Apply Reliability Engineering and RCM methodologies to evaluate failures, consequences, and maintenance strategies. 4\. Lead or participate in root cause analysis (RCA), defining corrective actions and tracking their effectiveness. 5\. Participate in risk assessment and management, considering failure probability, criticality, consequences, and operational continuity. 6\. Manage maintenance and specialized service contracts, controlling standards, KPIs, timelines, costs, and service levels. 7\. Use and promote tools such as SAP PM, Power BI, and corporate platforms to strengthen management, analysis, and decision-making. 8\. Develop, implement, and update maintenance and reliability procedures, standards, and methodologies. 9\. Propose and manage continuous improvement projects to optimize reliability, reduce failures, and lower life-cycle costs. 10\. Develop and analyze maintenance, reliability, and asset management KPIs, generating reports and recommendations. 11\. Participate in developing and updating asset management plans, contributing technical, economic, and reliability criteria. 12\. Ensure and promote implementation and development of the company’s management systems according to defined responsibilities. 13\. Report results, KPIs, risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities to management, proposing actions to meet departmental objectives. 14\.
