Job Summary: You will be responsible for managing and ensuring the proper operation of our Customer Experience Center, coordinating logistics and warehouse processes, and guaranteeing the receipt, storage, testing, and dispatch of equipment to high standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for managing and ensuring the proper operation of our Customer Experience Center—from opening and closing to preparing, organizing, and maintaining readiness for visits and demonstrations. Additionally, you will coordinate, plan, and control logistics and warehouse processes related to control panel, protection, medium-voltage switchgear, SCADA, and telecommunications projects. Your objective will be to ensure correct receipt, storage, testing, and dispatch of equipment—always meeting deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the factory acceptance testing (FAT) process. * Manage the technical warehouse, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. * Monitor and verify missing and/or additional materials to ensure project completeness. * Coordinate the testing schedule with the Projects department. * Coordinate dispatches jointly with Siemens Logistics. * Ensure compliance with electrical and occupational safety procedures and standards. * Promote the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and application of standards such as NFPA 70E, OSHA, IEC, as applicable. **What We Are Looking For:** **Education:** Technician or Engineer in Logistics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Electromechanics. **Driver's License:** Class B (mandatory). **Desired Experience:** 3–5 years of logistics experience in companies integrating electrical panels. Experience with control, protection, SCADA, and/or telecommunications supplies. **Technical Competencies:** Knowledge of industrial electrical components. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Basic knowledge of electrical safety regulations. **Key Competencies:** Orderliness, meticulousness, and a strong focus on safety. Effective communication. Proactivity and problem-solving ability.
