Thanks to a global team of 100\.000 experts in over 150 countries and more than 130 years of innovation, we are the force behind our customers’ missions. **Job Description** Johnson Controls, through its **Westfire** division, seeks to hire a Logistics Analyst who will primarily support the planning, coordination, and optimization of logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring information availability for decision-making, achievement of operational metrics, and continuous improvement of procurement, distribution, and customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and analyze logistics management reports related to inventory, transportation, and supply chain. * Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying deviations and proposing improvement actions. * Generate reports and presentations for management on operational results and goal attainment. * Track logistics costs and support budgetary control for the department. * Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and improved response times. * Coordinate and track internal requirements related to procurement, distribution, and customer service. * Maintain updated databases, dashboards, and logistics management control systems. * Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and service quality. * Support logistics planning through demand, capacity, and resource utilization analysis. * Ensure the quality and consistency of information used for departmental management. **Requirements:** * Academic background: Higher Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics analysis, management control, supply chain, or related areas. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, or related ERP systems. * In-depth knowledge of procurement, inventory, distribution, and transportation processes. * Knowledge of logistics KPIs and management control. * Prior experience in the mining industry is desirable. **CONDITIONS:** * Work Location: Antofagasta * Hybrid work model.
