We are looking for a skilled **Lead Data Analyst** to help build a next\-generation data platform. This position calls for exceptional communication skills and a hands\-on approach to fostering collaboration among business partners, engineering teams, and other stakeholders. You will be instrumental in driving data\-informed strategies and supporting successful project outcomes. **Responsibilities** * Conduct preliminary data exploration and profiling before development begins * Collect and refine requirements while performing thorough use case evaluations * Carry out feature validation to ensure robust test planning and coverage * Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams, clarifying objectives, expectations, and validation criteria for each initiative **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Data Analyst * At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams * Practical experience with data platforms and catalog solutions like Atlan, Alation, or Collibra * Skilled in using AWS Cloud Platform * Experience with Snowflake * Advanced proficiency in SQL * Capable of managing project scope and requirements in Jira during client engagements * Experience in testing processes and preparing compliance documentation * Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal * Fluent English proficiency, written and spoken, at B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Knowledge of EPAM Data Factory Blueprint **We offer** * Improved medical coverage \- EPAMers are eligible to participate in a supplementary health insurance program that shall have the usual coverage in the industry, with the Company funding 100% of the value of the monthly premium for participation * Lunch Allowance \- You will receive a daily allowance of CLP $ 7,000 per working day.
