This position’s objective is to ensure the technical quality of forest road designs and construction by conducting on-site control and monitoring of works, verifying compliance with standards, technical specifications, and safety conditions, while promoting effective coordination among all involved departments. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site quality of forest road designs and construction works. * Verify compliance with technical, construction, and safety standards. * Schedule and manage material testing, measurements, and quality controls. * Conduct technical evaluations and support structural design of forest roads. * Monitor and analyze soil conditions and materials used in road construction. * Coordinate activities and requirements with operational teams, contractors, and support departments. * Prepare technical reports and submit results via defined corporate platforms. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose technical solutions aimed at operational efficiency and sustainability. ### **Requirements** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Construction, Forestry Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical control of construction works, roads, or similar functions. * Knowledge of soil mechanics, quality control, and/or construction materials. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Availability to work under a 5x2 schedule in the Valdivia Zone. **If you are motivated to contribute to the development and improvement of forest infrastructure—working closely with operations and coordinating across diverse teams—we invite you to apply.** ***At ARAUCO, we work daily to develop renewable forest products that improve people’s lives—a mission that challenges us to build committed, enthusiastic, and creative teams.
