




Job Summary: AEROSAN is seeking an Instructor to lead and execute training processes for internal and external employees, ensuring learning and development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and execute training plans and training methodologies. 2. Update and create course content according to regulations and requirements. 3. Instruct personnel and develop innovative evaluation tools. At **AEROSAN**, a company with 45 years of history and a leader in its field, we want to hire an **Instructor** to join our team in Pudahuel**.** The role involves designing and executing training processes for Aerosan employees and external personnel, aiming to achieve learning through teaching, guidance, and training. **Responsibilities** * Propose and implement the training plan and methodology according to the defined objectives. * Develop and verify course content, updating or creating it as required by legislation, regulations, customer requirements, and internal and/or external procedures. * Support and instruct personnel in assigned courses, aligned with each course’s syllabus. * Develop new evaluation tools and activities to be implemented in delivered classes. * Record all executed trainings for Aerosan and airlines. * Participate in and verify that training process milestones are implemented and monitored. * Participate in and support various departmental activities. **Requirements** * **Hold a Trainer Certification issued and validated by DGAC.** * Proficiency in Office tools such as Excel and Power BI. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in airport operations.
