Job Description We are seeking an **Industrial Engineering Manager** to lead the planning, execution, and supervision of industrial projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * **Project Management**: Plan and supervise large-scale industrial projects. * **Process Optimization**: Implement improvements in productivity and efficiency. * **Team Management**: Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with safety and environmental regulations. * **Technological Innovation**: Promote the adoption of new industrial tools and methodologies. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Maintain strategic communication with clients, suppliers, and authorities. * **Executive Reporting**: Present progress and results to senior management. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. * 7+ years of experience in industrial project management. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira). * Leadership, negotiation, and strategic communication skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. * Certifications in quality or project management are highly valued.
