Position Overview Acodink Soluciones Digitales is seeking a highly analytical and detail\-oriented **Financial Analyst** to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business\-performance analysis. The successful candidate will analyze financial and operational data, prepare reports and forecasts, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable insights to support management decision\-making. This role is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong analytical skills with an interest in technology and the logistics industry. Key Responsibilities * Prepare financial reports, management reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. * Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and operating costs. * Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. * Develop and maintain financial models, projections, and scenario analyses. * Analyze financial and operational trends and identify areas for improvement. * Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts. * Investigate significant variances and provide explanations and recommendations. * Prepare financial dashboards and key performance indicators for management. * Support financial planning and decision\-making for technology and logistics projects. * Collaborate with accounting, operations, technology, sales, and management teams. * Evaluate project costs, investments, business cases, and potential financial impacts. * Assist with cash\-flow analysis and financial planning. * Collect, validate, and organize financial and operational data from multiple sources. * Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial performance. * Maintain accurate financial analysis documentation and supporting records. * Present financial findings and recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in **Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field**. * Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a comparable finance, accounting, FP\&A, or business\-analysis role. * Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. * Demonstrated ability to build and analyze financial models and projections. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, financial models, and data analysis. * Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to interpret financial statements and key financial performance indicators. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to analyze large amounts of financial and operational data. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and time\-management abilities. * Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non\-financial stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the **technology, software, cloud services, logistics, or transportation sectors**. * Experience with FP\&A, management reporting, or corporate financial planning. * Knowledge of financial modeling and scenario analysis. * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business\-intelligence platforms. * Familiarity with ERP, accounting, financial\-management, or cloud\-based business systems. * Experience analyzing technology\-project costs and profitability. * Knowledge of SaaS or technology\-business financial metrics is an advantage. * Familiarity with Chilean accounting and business practices. * Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage. * Professional\-level English is an advantage when working with international clients or technology partners.
