Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor with experience in electrical construction projects, capable of leading teams and ensuring the proper execution of projects. Key Highlights: 1. Lead field teams and ensure the execution of electrical projects. 2. Supervise the assembly of electrical panels and power systems. 3. Integrate into a specialized work team. * **Electrical Supervisor – Implementation Area** Location: Colina Commune Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00 hours; Friday, 08:00–17:00 hours. ### **Who Are We Looking For?** We seek an **Electrical Supervisor** with experience in electrical construction projects, capable of leading field teams and ensuring the correct execution of electrical projects while complying with technical and safety standards. ### **Requirements:** * Higher Technical Degree or Electrical Engineering degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience (ideally in supervision of electrical construction projects). * Experience in assembling electrical panels and power systems. * Proficiency in reading electrical drawings. * Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). * Leadership ability and capacity to coordinate field teams. ### **️** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise removal and installation of electrical feeders. * Coordinate laying and connection of power cables. * Supervise assembly of electrical panels and distribution busbars. * Monitor execution of conduits, duct banks, and underground chambers. * Coordinate electrical works and associated civil works. * Supervise electrical testing and commissioning. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures. * Manage project progress and coordinate technical teams. * Review and implement electrical drawings on-site. * **We Offer:** * Job stability. * Professional development. * Integration into a specialized work team. * Complementary health insurance with employer/employee co-payment. * Patriotic Holidays and Christmas bonuses. ### **Application:** If you meet the profile and are interested in this challenge, apply with us!
