Support technical projects in the area. **Job Description** ---------------------- Monitor planning targets, analyze maintenance deviations, and evaluate failures to optimize reliability and efficiency. * Analyze and evaluate deviations in maintenance processes, identifying root causes and improvement opportunities. * Monitor achievement of targets and KPIs for the Planning department. * Conduct failure analysis on systems, determining root causes and corrective actions. * Develop and track KPIs for maintenance program compliance. * Analyze technical information, prepare reports, and propose process optimization improvements. * Participate in and provide technical support for departmental projects. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Electrical or Electronics Civil Engineer * 3 years of experience in similar roles **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
