We seek a curious, analytical, and hands\-on individual who doesn’t stop at the number—but goes to see what’s really happening. What You’ll Do: You’ll be the bridge between data and operations. Your mission will be to use real (and sometimes messy) information to identify problems, validate processes, and drive improvements that have direct business impact. Here, data doesn’t stay in reports—it becomes action. What You’ll Work On: Data * Build and analyze dashboards and key metrics (SQL, Power BI, or other tools). * Identify errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies. * Translate data into actionable insights. Operations * Monitor critical processes (operational statuses, billing, incidents, etc.). * Ensure data reflects reality. * Raise alerts and follow up when deviations occur. Continuous Improvement * Identify opportunities to do things better and faster. * Propose and implement automations, controls, or validations. * Reduce manual tasks and operational friction. Who We’re Looking For: * 1–3 years of experience in Data, BI, Operations, or similar roles. * Strong SQL skills and experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.). * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency. * Experience working with imperfect data—and know-how to handle it. * Genuine desire to deeply understand how the business operates internally. Bonus If: * You’ve worked in fast-paced, dynamic environments. * You don’t blindly trust data—and enjoy questioning it. * You’ve contributed to process improvements or automations. * You’re comfortable communicating across different departments.
