Opportunity to work in the construction industry **Construction Manager** **Valparaíso** A construction company is looking for a Construction Manager for an office building renovation project located in downtown Valparaíso. **Requirements:** * Professional in the construction field: Civil Constructor or Construction Engineer * Proven experience as a Construction Manager and/or in a Technical Office on building projects, with at least 4,000 m² of constructed area in new or expansion building works. *Excluded: a) Single-family residential buildings or housing complexes, except those with five or more floors; b) Industrial or assembly works; and c) Civil engineering works.* * Residency in the Valparaíso Region. * Mandatory requirements: proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, intermediate-level Excel, and P.A.C. * Experience managing budgets, quantity take-offs, payment certificates, change orders, RDI (Inspection and Defect Report), and coordinating work teams. **Mandatory Documentation:** * Professional degree certificate. * Employer-issued certificates verifying experience in building projects (one per executed project). **Interested candidates should send their CV, supporting documents, and salary expectations to:** obrascivilesvalpo@gmail.com **Subject:** *Construction Manager – Valparaíso* Salary: $580.000 – $2.329.663 per month Workplace: On-site employment
