The candidate will be responsible for improving processes, coordinating teams, and supporting business growth through efficient management of customers, sales, data, and operations. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and optimize commercial operations processes. * Coordinate sales, customer service, finance, and operations teams. * Monitor sales, revenue, margins, pipeline, and key commercial KPIs. * Manage quotation, contract, order, and customer follow-up processes. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience. * Prepare reports, analyses, and dashboards for management. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper commercial execution. * Manage vendors and partners related to commercial operations. * Support process automation and digitalization initiatives. * Implement improvements and track their outcomes. Requirements * Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field. * Experience in commercial operations, sales operations, business operations, or corporate management. * Knowledge of commercial processes, data analysis, and KPI management. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools or Business Intelligence platforms. * Experience with CRM and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. * Strong leadership, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities. * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is desirable.
