**Summary** The Business Analyst – Serialization supports the accurate configuration, maintenance, and testing of serialization master data for global SKUs. This entry\-level role works with serialization systems such as SAP ATTP, PTTS, and ICH to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance. The position supports ongoing operations and new product launches while collaborating with cross\-functional teams to maintain data integrity and support global serialization requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the configuration and maintenance of serialization master data in relevant systems. * Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data across serialization platforms. * Assist with master data updates, configuration requests, and new SKU setups. * Support new product launches by gathering required data and updating systems. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to implement configuration changes. * Help ensure compliance with internal standards and country\-specific regulations. * Assist in investigating data issues and support root cause analysis. * Participate in process improvement and documentation activities. * Support testing activities related to master data changes and system updates. **Qualifications** * Basic experience or exposure to serialization systems (SAP ATTP, PTTS, ICH). * Understanding of master data management concepts or data governance. * Interest in pharmaceutical serialization, track \& trace, or regulated environments. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to communicate effectively with cross\-functional teams. * English proficiency at B1 level or higher (required). **Please Note:** Applications that do not include responses to the required questions will not be considered.
