This role acts as a key bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, supporting mission‑critical platforms while contributing to improvement and modernization initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure high availability and operational continuity of assigned applications. * Provide **Level 2 and Level 3** application support, including incident, problem, and change management. * Act as the technical focal point for vendors and third‑party service providers. * Support and manage application components such as servers, integrations, proxies, and monitoring tools. * Participate in application enhancement, development, and modernization initiatives. * Support on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments, including migration projects. * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Service Owners, Business stakeholders, QA teams, and operational users. * Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge‑transfer materials. * Proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvements in performance, stability, and security. **Required Qualifications** * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Experience in mining, industrial, or large‑scale operational environments. * Exposure to safety, risk prevention, or operational monitoring platforms. * Knowledge of Modular Mining systems, including: + Dispatch + Provision + FrontRunner * Familiarity with CASWEB or similar mining operational web platforms. * Proven experience in enterprise application support and operations. * Solid knowledge of: + Application architecture and system integrations. + .NET‑based applications and supporting technologies. + Databases and data flows. + Monitoring, incident, and problem management practices. * Experience working with external vendors and support contracts. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Desirable / Nice to Have** * Experience with cloud platforms and migration initiatives. * Familiarity with ITIL processes and service‑oriented operating models. * Experience working in globally distributed or multicultural teams. * Experience working in global, multi‑vendor environments. **Key Competencies** * Strong sense of ownership and accountability. * Excellent problem‑solving and prioritization skills. * Ability to operate independently and effectively in critical production environments. * Hands‑on experience with **SmartCap** platforms. * Experience with **MEMS (Michelin® Earthmover Management System)**. * Service‑oriented and customer‑focused mindset. * Proactive attitude with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
