We are looking for our next **Project Engineer**. **Your Mission** will be to serve as the bridge between the technical office and the field. We are not looking for someone who only designs behind a desk—we seek a versatile professional capable of designing with excellence, managing subsidies rigorously, and confidently engaging directly with farmers. **What You Will Do Day-to-Day?** * **Engineering and Design:** Perform hydraulic calculations and design irrigation systems using Google Sheets, Google Docs, AutoCAD, and GIS tools. * **Public Agency Management:** Prepare technical and legal documentation for project applications to CNR/Indap. Detailed knowledge of regulations is required. * **Territorial Connection:** Visit properties within the region, providing technical and commercial advice to farmers. You will be the visible face of CYS Riego in the field, identifying needs and capturing project demand. **Requirements to Apply** * **Education:** Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Civil Agricultural Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 3\-4 years of proven experience in irrigation projects. * **Critical Knowledge:** Advanced understanding of **Irrigation Law 18\.450**. You must know how to submit a project to CNR/Indap error-free, with knowledge of pressurized irrigation systems and pump tests. * **Tools:** Advanced Google Sheets (Excel) (pivot tables, complex formulas), AutoCAD, and GIS tools. * **Mobility:** Valid Class B driver's license and residence in Temuco or surrounding areas.
