Drive continuous improvement in logistical processes. **Job Description** ---------------------- Enaex’s Prillex plant — a leader in ammonium nitrate production located in Mejillones — is seeking a new Logistics Operations Supervisor to perform on-site duties Monday through Friday during administrative shifts in the commune of Mejillones. The role’s mission is to supervise logistical operations at the plant and/or distribution centers, ensuring safe, efficient, and traceable management of product receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch — thereby meeting service level agreements, quality standards, and applicable regulations, and contributing to operational continuity and cost efficiency. Key responsibilities include: * Plan and supervise daily warehouse and yard operations (receipt, storage, picking, packaging, and dispatch), allocating resources, shifts, and priorities to ensure adherence to operational time windows and order fulfillment. * Ensure the integrity and accuracy of physical and system inventories by implementing inbound/outbound controls, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and reconciliations with ERP/WMS. * Coordinate receipt of raw materials, supplies, and finished products, verifying documentation, transport conditions, identification, and storage requirements to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. * Supervise and ensure operational continuity for dispatch and distribution activities in coordination with carriers and logistics operators, ensuring compliance with road safety and chemical handling requirements. * Monitor and manage logistical operational KPIs, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Drive continuous improvement in logistical processes and layout, identifying optimization opportunities in material flows, standardization, equipment utilization, digitalization, and document control. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in Logistics Operations. * 1–2 years of experience leading operational teams. * Knowledge of hazardous substance handling. * Experience in inventory control, carrier coordination, and OTIF compliance. * Experience in inventory control, carrier coordination, and OTIF compliance. * Intermediate–advanced SAP proficiency. * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
