Position Title: Specialty Coordinator * **Main Purpose:** * **Manage and coordinate the different disciplines and technical teams involved in a construction project or work, ensuring all specialties operate in an integrated and efficient manner.** Key responsibilities include: * **1\. Coordinate and supervise the activities of each specialty team, ensuring all disciplines follow project guidelines and meet established schedules.** * **2\. Develop and maintain a detailed schedule integrating activities across different specialties, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to prevent delays.** * **3\. Supervise that work is carried out according to technical specifications and regulations, guaranteeing quality standards are met at all stages of construction.** * **4\. Identify and resolve potential conflicts among specialties, facilitating communication between different teams to ensure rapid problem resolution.** * **5\. Control resources assigned to each specialty, ensuring their proper use, and monitor associated costs to keep them within the approved budget.** * **6\. Act as the main point of contact between the client, contractors, and specialty managers, providing regular updates to the client on project progress and any required adjustments.** * **7\.
