An important company in the field of Electrical Installation Services, Engineering, and Climate Control is seeking an HSE Advisor (Health, Safety, and Environment) to join our team and contribute to developing a safety culture within our organization. We are currently seeking a Foreman for the electrical area in the commune of San Bernardo, whose main objective will be to direct and organize tasks carried out by First-Class Electricians, Second-Class Electricians, and Electrical Assistants. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Accurately read and interpret electrical blueprints in order to provide precise information to subordinates, ensuring correct installation of electrical structures at the worksite. 2\. Provide necessary instructions to First-Class and Second-Class Electricians regarding the daily execution of conduit and wiring tasks on site, according to the planning established by the Technical Office. 3\. Identify and resolve non-conformities arising from conduit and wiring work, providing appropriate solutions for each case. 4\. Conduct mandatory safety talks with personnel at the beginning of each workday, verifying that every worker has the required personal protective equipment, in order to prevent possible workplace accidents. 5\. Review compliance with electrical equipment installation protocols to ensure timely execution, reporting progress to the Technical Office accordingly. 6\. Report daily progress and any incidents to the Site Coordinator at the beginning and end of each shift, in order to properly record this information and collaboratively find solutions that support project continuity. 7\. Submit weekly progress reports to the Technical Office to ensure alignment with the project's Gantt chart. 8\. Verify the availability of necessary materials required for the proper execution of on-site tasks. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience in the electrical field. * Higher Technical Degree in Electricity.
