On this occasion, we are looking for an HVAC Engineer under a service provider modality on a fee-for-service basis, whose objective is to develop climate projects for new locations, supervise and provide technical support to the maintenance department in their specialty. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop climate projects for new locations. * Develop maintenance plans for gym climate control systems. * Manage and administer the company's climate contract. * Advise internal maintenance teams in their specialty. * Develop and implement improvements to existing climate systems. * Develop and implement new technologies for gym climate systems. * Develop energy efficiency initiatives for climate control. * Provide technical support and advice to management regarding climate control. * Actively collaborate in the design, development, and implementation of initiatives aimed at maintaining the operational status of company equipment and facilities. * Ensure risk prevention in all maintenance activities. **Requirements** * Professional degree as HVAC Engineer * Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred. * Basic English proficiency preferred. * Proficient in Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI), maintenance management control systems, Autocad, BimX, etc. If you believe you meet the requirements, do not hesitate to apply—we look forward to receiving your application!
