Fleischmann Chile, a leading company in the field of Electrical Installation Services, Engineering, and Climate Control. We are currently seeking an Electrical Construction Supervisor. Main Purpose: To correctly execute assigned projects by considering all relevant project aspects such as health, safety, and environment (HSE), quality, costs, scheduling, coordination, and efficient use of resources, while maintaining constant administrative and technical communication with the client, internal personnel and/or subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and any individuals or groups involved in the project activities related to Fleischmann Chile S.A. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Ensure that each worker has proper safety equipment, participates in safety talks, and maintains required documentation to prevent workplace accidents during construction activities. Conduct scheduled safety walkthroughs as defined by Prevention. 2\. Coordinate field personnel tasks with the Project Administrator, following established planning and scheduling regarding delivery timelines for each work phase. 3\. Supervise the correct daily execution of assigned tasks, properly adhering to the initial organization outlined in the Gantt chart, ensuring completion of work phases within stipulated deadlines. 4\. Analyze project blueprints to ensure the project follows the correct direction at every stage. Additionally, make modifications to original plans according to on-site changes, thereby executing the project's Red Lines. 5\. Submit material requests to the central warehouse timely and in accordance with established procedures. 6\. Ensure proper receipt of materials sent by suppliers and/or procurement, accepting dispatch orders to verify that received materials match requested items, and ensuring dispatch receipts are signed and forwarded to procurement. 7\. Maintain traceability of critical equipment or materials according to procedure. 8\. Distribute operational procedures, instructions, and quality and prevention safety talks, keeping signed records. 9\. Provide weekly work schedules to foremen and communicate any project changes or updated construction drawings. 10\. Monitor on-site performance of team work, ensuring compliance with agreed quality standards. Provide feedback regarding tasks performed by supervised personnel. 11\. Take corrective actions to eliminate non-conformities and document them, supported by the Quality department. Once non-conformities are resolved, verify that requirements are being met and perform valuation if applicable. 12\. Supervise the implementation of compliance, occupational health, and safety policies to protect employees. 13\. Ensure all activities comply with current regulations and company-defined policies. 14\. Manage waste generated by project activities, use company resources and vehicles efficiently to minimize environmental impact and reduce carbon footprint, promoting a sustainable and responsible business environment contributing to societal well-being. * Supplementary Health and Life Insurance Technical Knowledge: 1\.
