Position: Occupational Health and Safety Assistant for the commune of San Bernardo. 1. Collaborate and support the SHE team at the workplace, maintaining effective communication with each team member and their direct supervisors. 2. Directly report progress, deviations, program compliance, preventive activities, and other job-related tasks to the SHE Leader and/or Advisor. 3. Monitor, follow up, and evaluate the implementation of the SHE Plan activities at the workplace. 4. Assist in conducting investigations of workplace accidents and occupational diseases. 5. Provide SHE guidance to the general management line and workplace staff, proposing solutions for controlling and mitigating various risks and environmental impacts. 6. Support educational initiatives in SHE to promote continuous training and awareness among employees. 7. Be knowledgeable about statistics and results regarding workplace accidents and occupational diseases related to the project and corporate goals. 8. Actively participate and support meetings held by Bipartite Committees and other commissions (CDA- CEAL SM- TMERT- GRD, among others), providing technical advice on SHE matters. 9. Address requirements raised by the Administrator of Law 16,744 and regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in this area. 10. Carry out and support the SHE induction process in accordance with current legal regulations and internal policies for all employees. 11. Ensure operational processes incorporate SHE considerations to support the operational continuity of the workplace. 12. Halt operational activities until established SHE standards are met. 13. Assist in managing various preventive activities proposed by the company and/or client. 14. Collaborate in coordinating SHE-related tasks with the client's and/or principal's operations at the site. 15. Supervise the implementation of compliance, safety, and occupational health policies to protect employees and clients. 16. Manage waste generated from work activities, use company resources and vehicles efficiently to minimize environmental impact and reduce carbon footprint, promoting a sustainable and responsible business environment contributing to societal well-being. **Requirements:** Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. 2 years of experience in the construction industry. **Commune:** San Bernardo and neighboring communes.
