Position: Risk Prevention Assistant for the commune of San Bernardo. 1\. Collaborate and support the SSOMA team at the workplace, maintaining effective communication with each team member and their direct supervisor. 2\. Directly report progress, deviations, program compliance, preventive activities, and other job-specific matters to the SSOMA Leader and/or Advisor. 3\. Monitor, follow up, and evaluate SSOMA Plan activities at the workplace. 4\. Assist in conducting investigations of workplace accidents and occupational diseases. 5\. Provide SSOMA advisory support to the general command line and workplace staff, proposing solutions for controlling and mitigating various risks and environmental impacts. 6\. Support educational initiatives in SSOMA to promote continuous training and awareness among employees. 7\. Be familiar with statistics and outcomes related to workplace accidents and occupational diseases for project and corporate goals. 8\. Actively participate and support meetings held by Bipartite Committees and other commissions (CDA\- CEAL SM\- TMERT\- GRD among others), providing technical advice on SSOMA matters. 9\. Address requirements raised by the Administrator of Law 16\.744 and regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in this area. 10\. Conduct and support the SSOMA induction process in accordance with current legal and internal regulations for all employees. 11\. Ensure operational processes incorporate SSOMA practices to support the workplace's operational continuity. 12\. Halt operational activities until established SSOMA standards are met. 13\. Assist in managing various preventive activities proposed by the company and/or client. 14\. Assist in coordinating SSOMA-related tasks with the client and/or principal party at the site. 15\. Supervise the implementation of compliance, safety, and occupational health policies to protect employees and clients. 16\. Manage waste generated by activities performed, use company resources and vehicles efficiently to minimize environmental impact and reduce carbon footprint, promoting a sustainable and responsible business environment that contributes to societal well-being. **Requirement:** Bachelor's degree in Risk Prevention. 2 years of experience in the construction industry **Commune:** San Bernardo and neighboring communes Monday to Friday
