If you share our purpose, keep reading because… This is your place! **The Finance Team** You will become part of the Finance team, a fantastic, experienced, and professional team working to position the Cabify brand with energy, optimism, and passion. **Job Mission** **How will you help us fulfill our mission?** * Manage and optimize the company's cash flows, ensuring fund availability to meet financial obligations and maximizing capital returns, in accordance with current policies and regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor daily treasury operations (payments, collections, transfers, bank reconciliations). * Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts. * Monitor bank balances and transactions, ensuring correct accounting treatment. * Analyze liquidity and propose strategies to optimize it. * Participate in financial risk management, including foreign exchange and interest rate risks. * Prepare management reports for leadership and other organizational areas. * Support the implementation of improvements in treasury management processes and tools. * Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records. **What are we looking for?** * Alignment with our core values. * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in treasury, corporate finance, or related roles. * Knowledge of banking tools, ERP systems, and financial management platforms. * Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial data analysis. * Strong analytical skills, teamwork ability, and attention to detail. **Key Competencies:** * Organization and time management. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset. **What do we offer?** We are a team full of happy and motivated people.
