**Responsibilities**
* Responsible for managing and expanding commercial relationships between the company and clients within the assigned territory, driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and customers, understanding their needs and offering effective solutions.
* Conduct periodic customer visits to strengthen relationships, identify sales opportunities, and ensure delivery of exceptional service.
* Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory and the company’s areas of expertise.
* Expand the customer portfolio by acquiring new accounts, presenting the value of products and services.
* Prepare and present commercial proposals to potential customers, negotiating and closing sales agreements.
* Manage the full sales cycle—from order placement through delivery follow-up and customer satisfaction.
* Proactively follow up on customer requests, ensuring rapid and efficient responses.
* Monitor and track the customer portfolio to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
* Keep the CRM system updated with all customer interactions, including visits, business opportunities, and commercial activities.
* Manage sales-related documentation and administrative processes in the QAD system.
* Prepare periodic sales reports, analyzing portfolio performance and proposing improvement strategies.
* Maintain and optimize POP materials and promotional items at customer points of sale.
* Actively participate in trade fairs and exhibitions, representing the company and promoting its products and services.
* Minimum two years serving customers in the hardware industry.

**Compensation: $1\.500\.000 net**
Salary: $1\.300\.000 \- $1\.500\.000 per month
