The main objective will be to lead and execute preventive and corrective support for systems under their responsibility, aiming to maintain and/or restore proper operational continuity of the elements comprising the network and the various services transported through it. Responsibilities: Administer, monitor, and support data network infrastructure, ensuring service continuity and stability. Configure, implement, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, among others). Manage incidents and technical requests from internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution. Perform network performance, capacity, and security analysis, proposing improvements and optimizations.
