We are seeking a Data and Process Analyst to optimize clinical management by designing dashboards, analyzing processes, and automating tasks for optimal institutional operation.

At Clínica Medical Home, we are looking for a Data and Process Analyst to join our team.
You will be responsible for organizing and planning the administrative processes of the Clinical Management Department, collaborating with various departments to implement collaborative work tools, data analysis, and automation—ensuring optimal institutional operation.
* **Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI) displaying the status of key KPIs for decision-making.**
* Analyze clinical and administrative processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency.
* Research, select, and implement technological tools (management software, automation tools, applied AI) that facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.
* Provide analytical support for the department’s strategic planning, using accurate and up-to-date data.
* Coordinate weekly with Nursing, Rehabilitation, and the Clinical Center regarding the maintenance of spreadsheets, the reservation platform, and closures.
* Promote interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
* Knowledge or experience in process automation (RPA, macros, Power Automate, AI applied to data management).
* Experience implementing project management software or collaborative work platforms.
* Proficiency in other data visualization or analysis tools (Advanced Excel with pivot tables, SQL, Power Query, etc.).
Requirements
* + **University professional degree: Industrial Engineering / Statistics Engineering / Automation and Control Engineering**
* **Minimum 1 year of experience in systems/data analysis within the healthcare sector (public or private).**
* **Proficiency in Power BI (mandatory).**
* **Advanced-level Office proficiency, especially Excel (mandatory).**
**Position Conditions:**
* Work location: San Gerardo Office.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs.
* Work tools: corporate laptop and mobile phone
